Ordering/Payment

When you order, you will be notified of receipt of order and then notified when your order is shipped.  All payments are made by phone until website is completely functional.  We ask that you provide the Item No. located under the picture that you are interested in buying.

Each piece of jewelry is personally handcrafted and will usually take between 7-9 business days until it is shipped.  Some pieces will take shorter time, and others may take a bit longer due to a special order, the need to order certain stones, or the limited availability of materials.  You will be notified of special situations when you order.  If you require adjustments such as length variations or such, please indicate this in the original order.  Also, please allow additional time if you're placing a large order, i.e. for a bridal party.  All sales are final on all orders.

Special Orders

For special orders, please contact me through e-mail with a description of what type of piece you would like.  Include the item number, the  colors, preferred stones, length, findings, when you need it completed and possible the occasion for the jewelry.  If you have a picture of a piece that you would like for me to make a replica, please forward a picture of the item and e-mail the attachment in MS Word format to sistershouseofjewelry@yahoo.com  Any pieces that you see on the website that you rather have 14kt or sterling silver findings in will have a change in pricing.  I look forward to designing something for your special occasion and want it to be just what your heart desire.

Cancellations

Please make any cancellations within 24 hours of original order date.  This ensures time is spared in creating the jewelry.

Shipping

When your items are ready to be shipped, each handmade piece will be placed in individual stylish gift box.  Smaller items like earrings will also be accompanied by a smaller gift box.  A personal thank you will be included as well as a free gift for shopping with me.  You will be notified via e-mail, or the contact information you gave, that your jewelry order was shipped.  I ship via through USPS.  Rush orders will be an additional $25 fee, and shipped immediately after the creation time for the piece.  We do not ship internationally at this present time. 

An additional 8.25% will be added to California orders.

Returns

You will have 14 days from your original shipping date to return merchandise unworn, and in its original condition, for an exchange or on-line store credit.  Custom designs that are returned will be charged a restocking fee of $25.  Your original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and all jewelry must be insured for the retail value of the jewelry when shipped as a return.  The item(s) must be packaged in sturdy packaging, or I can refuse the right to return.  All packages that are returned must have shipping insurance coverage paid by the customer.  Repairs such as replacing findings that have tarnished are free of charge for up to 120 days.  After 120 days, there will be a small materials and shipping fee.
